FoodMaya is designed as a simple nutrition analysis tool and does not require user accounts.

Ingredient text entered into the tool is processed to generate nutrition estimates. FoodMaya may retain that ingredient text in application logs for a limited period to diagnose matching problems and improve the parser.

FoodMaya does not intentionally include IP addresses, selected DRI profiles, calorie targets, or protein targets in its application usage log. Hosting providers may still process basic technical data as described below.

Like most websites, hosting providers and infrastructure services may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs for security, debugging, or performance purposes.

If you submit the Contact / Feedback form, the email address you provide, selected topic, and message are processed and stored by Formspree and delivered to FoodMaya so the message can be reviewed and answered. Formspree handles this information under its privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive medical or health information.
