3. Payment and Delivery
3.1. Payment: MayaFood accepts payment through various payment methods, including credit cards and mobile money. We reserve the right to refuse any payment made through unauthorised means.
3.2. Delivery: MayaFood delivers all orders to customers through individual delivery personnels Called Droppers. We are not responsible for damages or delays that may occur during the delivery process.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Return Policy: MayaFood offers a 2-day return policy for all items purchased through our website or App. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team. Please note that cooked items cannot be returned.
4.2. Refunds: If a return is approved, MayaFood will issue a refund for the cost of the item (s) minus any delivery fees. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. MayaFood is not liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website or the content available on it.
5.2. MayaFood is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content available on our website.
6. Governing Laws
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of our website or these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
